We are helping Ukraine - join us!

Since day one of Russian aggression on Ukraine we have participated in providing aid to refugees. We really need your help in bringing assistance to those who are asking us for it. What can you do to help?

1. Help in transport

We need drivers and cars, which will help us to provide necessary stuff to border areas for refugees and for Ukrainians who are helping them. Also, it will help us to transfer to Poland people who are not able to pass the border themselves. This kind of helps is requested by Ukrainians, but also foreigners – Lebanese and Nigerians. The transport is being organized with strict cooperation with Polish and Ukrainian state institutions, with ambassadors of other countries in Poland and with volunteers in Ukraine. If you want to join in aid as drivers (passport is necessary) or you can share your vehicle (passenger car, bus for transporting people or for transporting products), please contact Michał: +48 512 849 145.

2. Material assistance

We provide stuff to the border which are being requested by those who are helping refugees. You can bring it every day to our site in Łódź (Piotrkowska st. 80, in the middle of the yard on the left side) between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please, bring only things from the list which is updated according to signals from people who are being close to refugees on Ukraine. In this moment we need:

- electric power generators (any, but the best above 4kW, can be single-phase, 3-phase)

- fuel (gas or diesel) – of course in canisters

- electric extension cords (long, with 50 meters cables)

- technical gloves, tools (repair sets for machines)

- military boots

- medical supplies (painkillers)

- warm blankets

- diapers (different sizes)

- detergents (cleaning products, washing powders)

- energy products, freeze dried meals, energy bars, long-term food products

- toilet paper and towers, single-use tableware

- sleeping mat

3. Financial help

Each penny given to the help for Ukraine is precious, it will be used to purchase things in Poland that will be taken to Ukraine or will be sent to the assistance organization and parish in Ukraine to help people that stay under their care.
